EM Designs was a dream of owner and designer Emmy Mccoy’s for years. After helping a friend design her St. Augustine rental property, one thing lead to another and in 2020 EM Designs was launched. Since then, EM Designs has been designing spaces in Jacksonville and St. Augustine that are casual, simple, and sophisticated.
