At EM Designs, I offer various services to accommodate your interior design needs. From design days, to home staging to materials selections, to full service, read below to find the service that will be the best fit for your project.
Full Service Design
For clients who need help turning their ideas into reality but don’t have the time or desire to do it on their own. When we work together in a full service capacity, I’ll be with you from idea to installation to make sure you have a comprehensive design that works for you and your family, support so you don’t have to manage all the details that go into designing a room from top to bottom, and a turnkey installation and styling so you can enjoy a big reveal.
This service begins at $3,000 and includes sourcing of trade and retail goods, order management, project management, installation, and styling.
Construction Design
If you’re renovating or building and didn’t know what you were getting yourself into until you saw the list of selections you’d have to make and all the details you’d need to provide your contractor, I get it! There are so many decisions that go into a construction project, some fun, some not-so-fun. With my Construction Design service I’ll be with you as needed to make sure you’re making all the best decisions for your design-saving you time and preventing you from making mistakes you won’t be able to undo.
This service is sold in blocks of twenty hours and can be used for selections meetings, sourcing, cabinetry reviews, site visits, renderings, phone calls, and troubleshooting.
Design Day
Are you struggling with finishing a space or two, or maybe you just need the design plan for a room and are happy to put the room together on your own? With my Design Day service, you’ll enjoy a quick turnaround design plan with a few hours of in home design time and then a day where I source all the elements to complete your space or put the finishing touches on a few rooms. You’ll have everything you need to implement the design as your time and budget allow.
This service is a flat fee of $1,200 and does not include order management, project management, installation, or styling.

Declutter and Home Staging
Are you struggling with preparing a home to go on the market? Do have too much stuff and ready for your space to feel light and airy? With my home staging services and decluttering service, you’ll enjoy a quick turnaround simplified design plan with in home design time and then a day where I implement the refreshed design ideas. Lets connect to find out if you need to declutter or if you need to stage your home to sell is fast and at the highest price possible.
This service is a flat fee depending on the clients needs and time frame needed to execute the overall plan.

Step One: Discovery Call
During a complimentary discovery call, we’ll talk in detail about your project to find out the type of support you need. Whether it’s a quick turnaround design plan you can implement on your own, guidance to ensure you’re making all the right selections for your renovation or new construction project, or a complete design and oversight to bring your project from concept to completion, getting to know you is always the first step.
Step Two: Consultation
After the discovery call, I may determine an in person or virtual consultation is the best fit to make sure I have a full understanding of your goals and vision for your space. During this complimentary consultation, we’ll get to know each over a cup of coffee and talk through your project.
